Welcome to a unique experience that gently invites you back into your body. Through the power of conscious breath and the slow, supported suspension of Hangab, this session guides you to release, reset, and reconnect — in a way that words can’t quite explain, but your nervous system will understand.

 

⸻ What Is Breathwork-Inversion?

Breathwork-Inversion is the fusion of two powerful medicines, designed to take you beyond the noise of the mind and into a deeper felt sense of self. We begin with a guided breath journey — activating your inner space through rhythm, presence, and sound. From there, you are gently lifted into a supported inversion using the Hangab system, allowing gravity to do what it does best: soften, unwind, and let go. With Hands-on adjustments and support, you are fully guided and taken care. Nothing more to do but breath in this letting go experience. This process supports emotional release, trauma unwinding, and deep nervous system restoration.

 

⸻ How It Works

1. Breathwork (Lying Down) A guided breath sequence with music, cues, and presence. This phase helps activate your inner awareness and prepare your system to surrender into stillness.

2. Transition You are gently prepared for the inversion — with care, grounding, and time. Nothing is rushed.

3. Inversion (Hangab) Suspended upside down, your body is supported at multiple points. The experience is silent or lightly guided, depending on your needs. Gravity begins to decompress the spine and shift your inner state.

4. Integration You are brought down slowly, given time to rest and integrate. Verbal or somatic support is available after the session.

⸻ About Me

My name is Hubert, and I’ve been guiding people through the Hangab inversion process for over 18 years. Working hands-on with the body in these suspended states has taught me how deeply gravity can support healing when approached with care and presence.

My journey with breathwork began even earlier—over 25 years ago—with my first session leaving a lasting imprint. Since then, I’ve explored various forms of yogic breathing and modern conscious breathwork, always coming back to the profound simplicity of the breath.

Last year, I had a clear vision: to combine these two medicines—breath and inversion—into a single journey. After months of self-exploration, fine-tuning, and research, I began sharing this new practice with others. The first 50 sessions brought powerful results—deep releases, insights, and a calm, grounded presence in both clients and myself.

This work is still evolving, but it’s already clear: when breath and gravity meet with intention, something truly special happens.
