I consider myself a bodyworker, mindfulness practitioner, and musician and have over 20 years of experience in what I do. At a young age, injuries from extreme sports sparked my interest in complementary medicine. This curiosity led me to travel the world, live among shamans, and immerse myself in ancient cultures.
I founded a yoga studio and began exploring various bodywork and mindfulness practices. I specialized in Hangab-inversion bodywork, a powerful therapy that combines passive inversion with hands-on spinal traction, guiding clients into deep inner stillness and helping release blockages.
Today, I also share practices for inner freedom by facilitating singing circles and sharing my passion for Ho'oponopono, a Hawaiian practice focused on forgiveness and healing.
Thanx to all my teachers 🙏
